Gallery Download Guide
How to download your photos, order prints, and more!
1 – Receive Your Gallery Link
After your shoot, you’ll be sent an email with your gallery link to view your photos.
2 – Enter Your Email Upon Gallery Entry
You will need to enter the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS that you used to book your shoot to unlock your photos.
3 – Choose Your Favorite Photos
View your gallery and save your favorite photos by clicking the Star icon on each photo.
4 – Download Your Photos on Desktop
Hover or click on any photo and click the download icon on the photo. This will directly download to your device. Repeat this for the number of photos included in your package.
5 – Order Extra Photos, Prints, and Wall Art
Your digital files can be found in the “Downloads” tab of the price sheet.
From the price sheet, you can also order prints and wall art for your photos. Our print shop is 24/7, and your order will be shipped right away (usually same day!) We have two paper options: Lustre, which has the vivid colors that a glossy print would have, without the reflective glare. Our second paper is Deep Matte, which is a true non-reflective matte surface that’s soft to the touch.
Do this process for each photo you’d like to download or order.
6 – Retouches and Edits
If you would like beauty or extra retouches done to a photo:
- Click “Buy Photo”
- Go to the Retouches and Edits Tab
- Add the retouching package you would like to your cart
- Done!
Your retouched photo will be uploaded to your gallery within 2-3 days, where you will be able to download the retouched JPEG.
