It is located at the entrance of Kastro neighborhood, and it dates back to the Byzantine era. It has spectacular views of the Aegean Sea, so we highly recommend going during sunset.
The Old Port
Explore the narrow, picturesque streets and check out all the boutiques, cafes, and art galleries. There are beautiful photo spots all around the Old Port area with the whitewashed buildings and blue doors! There are also many curious cats that wander around.
Agios Stefanos Beach
Agios Stefanos is the closest beach to town, and it is about 100 meters (120 yards) long. It is north of Troulos and the new port. It is much less windy, but it can get very crowded during the summertime.

Also known as Kato Milli, the windmills are within walking distance of the Old Port. Most of the Cycladic islands had windmills operating from the 16th until the late 19th century. They are probably the most notable and picturesque attractions in town.
