Just across the bridge on the Marin side, almost level with the towers. Go early: parking is very tight.

Baker Beach — the classic

The full span from the sand. Best at sunset, when the bridge turns gold.

Marshall Beach & the Presidio Bluffs — the quiet one

Elevated angles with the bridge framed by cypress and cliffs. Note: steep trail down.

Fort Point — the architectural one

Directly beneath the south tower, looking up. Soaring perspective, completely different feel.

Crissy Field — the easy one

Clean foreground, bridge across the water. Flat and accessible — the pick for families and larger groups.
