I have always wanted to do a photoshoot in destination for two reasons: 1) for my business branding purposes as a travel agency owner 2) to show my clients how memories can easily be captured with talented professionals. I had no idea that using Local Lens and connecting with Camtu in Rome would surpass any expectations or desires I had in booking a destination photoshoot. Camtu's vast education and knowledge made working with her easy and so much fun! The fact that she has been behind the camera since a young girl shows how passionate she is in her craft. Lina was extremely professional and friendly from our first conversation through the app through to the entire photo shoot. She was prepared, helpful, friendly, and kind. She was patient as we had to take time to change shoes during the shoot multiple times due to having to walk the terrain, but then needing to change for the photos. Hans was So Much. Fun! We decided to have a photo shoot to commemorate our 10-year anniversary. Mike and I so enjoyed strolling around Nashville with Hans. He took us to a well-hidden spot in downtown that was enchanting and made for some great pictures! Even with our 30-minute session, we took pictures at several shoot locations that will remain special to us. Luca is so talented and unique in his photography style. His passion and enthusiasm allowed us to have and capture the pictures of the most unique proposal. His picture frame managed to capture and paint a beautiful timeline and story.

Luca was very patient and explained his carefully crafted plan and even assisted me with a plan to propose on a gondola. This was important as I wasn't familiar with the scene in Venice. It was the most unique experience and moment captured.

Marlon was amazing! I was traveling to Italy from the US and was looking to coordinate the best possible surprise engagement. I had several ideas, and Marlon gave good advice and was able to create a setup that was exactly what I was asking for (roses in the shape of a heart on the beach in Sorrento, with the words “Marry Me” inside of the heart). It all worked out perfectly timing-wise and setup-wise.
